“I’ll grant you your wish then!” Krishan scoffed and was about to kill Evan when suddenly…
Krishan shuddered and felt an intensely murderous air behind him.
“Kill him then.” These three quiet words rang in Krishan’s ears.
“You kill him, then I’ll kill you.”
It was Ethan!
The Senior Elders looked up to see Ethan walk in slowly with his hands behind his back. The way he sauntered in leisurely made it seem as if the person Krishan was holding onto wasn’t his disciple.
“I’m not only going to kill you, but I’m going to make sure you die in the worst possible way.” Ethan looked very calmly at Krishan. “I’m a man of my word. If you don’t believe me, you can try me.”
He continued walking in and was only five steps away from Krishan.
“Ma-Master…” Krishan continued to struggle even though he was losing strength. But he knew that since Ethan was here, he wasn’t going to die.
Krishan’s expression was a little nasty because he felt somewhat humiliated.
“You’re too arrogant!” His fingers trembled as he stared at Ethan. “You think you’d definitely be able to kill me?”
Ethan didn’t say anything, but the air around his body slowly started to surge and seemed to form the illusion of a wild beast coming out from behind Ethan to pounce on Krishan. Krishan immediately felt his heart sink.

Krishan did not doubt that.

“Am I?” said Ethan calmly. “I’m just telling the truth.”
He was so calm that Krishan really wanted to kill him now. But he knew that it was impossible for him to ever kill Ethan.

Krishan was still a little indignant as he glanced at the cemetery caretaker on the bed. He pointed at him and said, “But if I get him, then I’d be able to know more secrets and I’d be able to get even more!”
